Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the rooms were quite clean and comfortable, the underground small space was overcrowded and a bit unpleasant. The service was helpful overall, with some areas needing improvement in table cleanliness. The location was okay, not too bad due to proximity to public transit. The dining experience ranged from very good with a great selection to being a problem if you didn't arrive early. The facilities were decent, with some areas needing maintenance.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions, but it could get quite busy being at ground level facing the street. The rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, free tea and coffee, kettle, fridge, minibar, and a hairdryer.
During our 10-day stay, the rooms were very hot and didn't look like on photos initially, taking some time to adjust; however, the staff was very friendly and helpful overall, with one exception. The location was convenient, close to transport stops, and the dining experience, though varied, had some shortcomings. The hotel offers good value for money with some notable positives and negatives.
The hotel rooms, though spotless, felt smaller than expected given the price. The location was not ideal due to road construction, but it was quiet and safe. The dining experience was mixed, with limited options and cold food at times. The service was a bit hit or miss, with helpful staff but lacking professionalism in certain areas.
If I visit again, I will book a hotel in the town full of teens. The rooms with real bath are tastefully renovated, but it is not worth the money; only the location does.
The hotel was great for public transportation, but crossing roads at peak times could be tricky. The service was generally friendly and helpful, though one staff member seemed indifferent in a specific situation. The location was convenient with nearby groceries and restaurants. The dining experience had a variety but some limited choices. Overall, a good value for money.
